Important Information for EA customers and suppliers

The Education Authority (EA) will be implementing a new finance system from 5 December 2016.

During the transition period, suppliers and those who receive payments from EA such as student awards, transport refunds and uniform grants may experience slight delays in their expected payments.

We are making every effort to ensure that payments are not affected and we are not expecting any significant delays.

However, if you do experience a delay in receiving your payment, we would appreciate your patience.  If your payment remains outstanding for more than ten days, please contact us on 028 9056 6233.

SERVICES & INFORMATION

The Education and Library Boards (ELBs) were dissolved on 31 March 2015. The Education Authority was established on 01 April 2015 and is now responsible for all of the operational functions previously carried out by the five ELBs in accordance with the Education Orders.
