The Interim People Plan 2023-2024 is the road map that will help us deliver our people proposition, for 2023 – 2024 and sets out the people priorities for the next year across the EA. It will be a bridge to our full People Plan 2024 – 2029.
Our ambition for our people is high, therefore it is important to us to continue to develop an engaged, committed, values driven workforce that is enabled to deliver excellent services, ultimately supporting better outcomes for our children and young people.
Throughout this year, we are committed to laying the foundations to setting the organisation up to deliver our full five-year People Plan (2024-2029).
We will review progress against our Strategic Plan 2017-2027 in light of the changing context we are operating within.
