Employee Engagement, Development and Training

Developing a strategy and model for employee engagement across EA. Working with managers to develop a range of suitable employee development initiatives to improve overall workforce competence in line with business objectives.

    The function exists to:

    • Support the effective delivery of planned organisational change processes and interventions designed to improve service delivery.
    • Provide a range of development initiatives and opportunities for managers and top leaders.
    • Support and/or initiate a range of measures and interventions designed to promote positive employee engagement.
    • Work with managers to develop a range of suitable employee development initiatives to improve overall workforce competence in line with business objectives.
