The Online Recruitment system is a digital platform for schools to complete e-Requisitions for EA roles using job role template, providing full visibility of the recruitment process and applications received. It will be used to advertise posts and allows candidates to create a candidate profile to apply for multiple roles online.
Online Recruitment is going live on 9 January 2020 for all EA school-based posts and teaching positions for schools in the Controlled sector.

What is EA ONE?
EA One will be an integrated HR, Payroll and Finance system that will make HR and Payroll processes more efficient.
EA One will impact all EA Corporate Staff, non-Teaching schools staff paid by the Education Authority, and Teaching staff paid by the Department of Education Teacher Pay Team.
iProcurement and iFS are already live, and the EA is focused on supporting schools and corporate staff as we launch three new elements by 2021: Online Recruitment, Self-Service and Digital Timecards & Pay.
EA One will help reduce our reliance on paper documents and post/email.
For example, Self-Service will empower you to update your personal details and view your annual leave entitlement directly.
For staff who support the recruitment process or complete timesheets using ResourceLink, you will also benefit from removing many paper-based processes by using Online Recruitment and Digital Timecards.
Implementation will be phased in, ensuring we can provide the best training and support at each stage.
- Online Recruitment has already been implemented for EA Corporate staff and will now go live for schools employing EA staff on 9 January 2020.
- Impacted staff will be paid by the new system and receive access to Self-Service and Digital Timecards according to regional "Go Live" dates phased throughout 2020 and 2021.
