Introduction to EA One

The EA One Project Team ran Engagement Sessions in Autumn 2019 to provide detailed information on how the new HR and Payroll system will impact schools and corporate staff. If you missed these sessions, or want to refresh your memory, you can watch the School Engagement Session video here. These events were attended by approximately 900 Principals, Secretaries and Bursars from schools across all localities.

You can also hear from the EA's Director of Finance & ICT (Seamus Wade), Director of Human Resources (Clare Duffield), and our Transformation Team Seconded Principal (Chris Scott) about their aspirations for EA One and the 2019 Engagement Sessions.

The EA One Project Team will be running further regional Engagement Sessions for schools and corporate staff in 2021, approximately three months before each region moves to the new system.

The EA One Project has relied heavily on input from the EA One User Group. The EA One User Group is a representative group of users (including staff from schools, youth clubs and corporate staff across the EA Directorates). The Group has met as often as once a month to give feedback and provide insights to inform the implementation of EA One at key stages of the Project.
