EA’s Resourcing Team Win CIPD ‘Best Resourcing and Talent' Award

Congratulations to the EA’s Resourcing Team who won ‘Best Resourcing and Talent Strategy’ at the recent CIPDNIAwards (sponsored by The CIPD in Northern Ireland) and well done to all winners and finalists at the awards for the HR profession in Northern Ireland.

CIPD Representative presents the 'Best Resourcing & Talent Strategy' award to Megan Brown EA Resourcing Specialist; Matthew McDermott EA Assistant Director HRCS and Helen Gallagher EA Head of Resourcing.

This award recognises employers who can showcase creative and impactful recruitment and talent management strategies and programmes to address their current and future resourcing and talent needs. 

Through an engaging judging process, the awards identify individuals, organisations and practices that are championing better work and working lives in Northern Ireland.
