Online Admissions - Parent Satisfaction Survey

If you were a parent/guardian who applied for a place in either Pre-school, Primary 1 or Reception for September 2019 using the new Parent Portal we ask if you would please take a few moments to complete the Education Authority's (EA) Satisfaction Survey by clicking on the link below.
The survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete and is an important exercise as it helps us to understand the experience of parents who used this new digital service. Feedback from the survey will be used to help us evaluate and improve this service.
Please note, that your responses will be confidential and anonymous. No personal information is being collected, the results are not shared and will not in any way affect whether or not your child is admitted to the settings you have applied to.
The EA wishes to create a forum to gather feedback and views from parents/guardians on future digital services. If you would like to be considered for this forum, please email firstname.lastname@example.org by 19 April 2019.
