Home to school transport

The Education Authority has a statutory responsibility for the provision of transport assistance to facilitate attendance at a grant-aided school of pupils for whom fees are not paid and who are resident in Northern Ireland. This guide aims to help you navigate the transport application process.

Home to School Transport Update

Limited services will operate from 24-28 August, with priority given to pupils in years 7, 12 and 14.  Normal services will resume from 1st September.

Remember that home to school transport should only be used where you have no other alternative and you are encouraged to use active travel where possible.  Do not travel if you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 or your household has been advised to isolate.

If you are travelling with us please wear a face covering if you can, wash your hands or use hand sanitizer, and maintain social distancing when you can.  There may be some disruption to services as we put in place new arrangements, please bear with us at this busy time.
