Tendering to the Education Authority (EA)

Procurement Policy
We comply with Northern Ireland Public Procurement Policy (NIPPP) and Northern Ireland Procurement Policy Notes. These underpin the procurement policies and procedures within the EA. Conditions of Contract
For orders* for Goods/ Services that have been placed as the result of a tender process these will be subject to the terms and conditions published at the time of tendering.
For orders* for Goods/ Services placed which are not the result of a tender process in accordance with the Procurement Control Limits set out in the NI Public Procurement Policy Note, these will be subject to the Cabinet Office Short Form Terms, “Conditions” – please refer to document CPS.2.13 below.
*For those orders placed under an existing Framework the relevant framework Terms and Conditions will apply as detailed in the Framework.
Supplier Code of Conduct
This Supplier Code of Conduct is intended for all those involved in the EA’s supply chain, including internal EA departments, schools, youth services, other bodies that have a Service Level Agreement with EA, and suppliers and subcontractors.
All Construction Procurement is via the NEC Engineering & Construction Suite of Contracts.
