Welcome to the new Bromcom School Management System (SMS) web page. The Education Authority is working with Bromcom and Capita to roll out the Bromcom SMS across all schools. This page provides useful information and FAQs to support your transition.
The Bromcom SMS will:
- Streamline data flow between schools, parents, and EA support services
- Reduce administrative workload through automation
- Support collaborative and multi-school working
- Provide insights to help schools plan effectively and deliver targeted interventions
Co-designed with schools and teaching professionals to align with the Northern Ireland Curriculum, the Bromcom SMS offers a secure, centralised record system that supports every student throughout their educational journey.
SMS Leads Nominations
The Implementation Team will email schools to request nominations for SMS Leads as key contacts during the rollout.
Support Resources
Comprehensive training and guidance will be available to ensure a smooth transition.
As part of the initial rollout, SMS Leads will receive a join code for the Bromcom School Support Hub on Microsoft Teams. The hub offers a wide range of resources and guidance material to assist SMS Leads throughout their journey to Bromcom.
Guidance on preparation and data readiness is available on C2k Exchange to help schools prepare for the move to the new SMS.
