Emergency Out of Hours Key Holder Register for Schools
To ensure EA have the correct Key Holder details for your school, all School Principals are asked to provide the relevant Key Holder details on our new Emergency Out of Hours Key Holder Register.
This will enable EA to communicate with the nominated Key Holder/s to respond effectively to an Out of Hours emergency affecting your school.
The details required include the name, designation and telephone contact details of at least two Out of Hours Key Holders and where applicable, any Facilities Management/External Key Holder Service.
Please note that where a Facilities Management/External Key Holder Service or a School Shared Mobile Number is provided, this will be used as the first point of contact in the event of an Out of Hours emergency.
Access to the Register will be restricted to those with responsibility for co-ordinating Emergency Planning.
It is the responsibility of schools to ensure contact details are accurate and up to date at all times.
Please complete the form below to register your Emergency Out of Hours Key Holder details.
