The Commercial Procurement Service (CPS) is a recognised Centre of Procurement Expertise (CoPE) that offers professional procurement services, advice, and support to schools, school meals kitchens, youth clubs, and EA services.

Procurement has a number of Service Level Agreements with outside organisations to provide them with a procurement service, advice and support.
