This will allow the organisation to determine any trends in feedback from schools which may be beneficial in helping to inform changes and support operational decisions around processes, procedures and resourcing.
What does feedback refer to?
- Feedback can be positive or negative comments or experiences in engaging with EA Services.
- Feedback allows us to reflect on the service provided by the EA to Schools and can help to identify areas of change or improvement.
- Positive feedback is also welcome and helps to verify that how we operate is efficient and effective.
How will the Form be accessed?
You can connect to the feedback Form via the School Portal under the Service Directory section : MY-SCHOOL - Login (c2kschools.net)
From here navigate to “School Portal”, click on ‘Service Directory’ and click the banner to leave ‘Feedback to EA’.
Once your feedback has been received, it will be passed to the relevant area of the EA. You should expect to receive an update as quickly as possible.
