A Budget Notification for all Controlled and Maintained Schools will be made available on the EA website on a monthly basis for schools to view or download. This notification will provide details of any new monthly budget allocations and a summary of cumulative allocations to date.
Schools will be notified of the availability of Monthly Budget Notifications via the C2K noticeboard.

Statement of Accounts for Voluntary Grammar Schools – S40
A S40 Statement of Accounts form must be submitted annually by all voluntary grammar schools to the Education Authority (EA). The S40 form is a crucial part of the financial accountability framework for voluntary grammar schools and provides EA with a comprehensive overview of the school's financial position, including details of both public and non-public funds.
S40a and S40B
Voluntary grammar schools are categorised as either category A or B based their funding for capital development.
Category A schools receive funding for capital development from the Department of Education and therefore should complete a S40A.
Category B schools are fully responsible for their own capital development and receive no funding from the Department of Education and should therefore complete a S40A.
