We provide connectivity, infrastructure, end-user devices, curriculum software, and administrative school management systems to all Grant-Maintained Schools and Statutory Nursery Schools.

C2k Service Desk
All support requests and queries about any aspect of the C2k service should be logged on the C2k Service Desk 0800 0931 541 or via the Online Service Desk Portal (available through MySchool).
Resources
Schools can access supporting documentation for all C2k Services on C2k Exchange, the C2k Media Library (available through MY-SCHOOL - Login), and the Educator Hub.
Training
Training courses are delivered both online and within centres. Key coordinators within your school will receive regular updates directly from C2k on training and support opportunities through the academic year. Training can also be requested outside of this schedule where required and should be requested through the C2k Service Desk.
Locations
C2k Locality teams provide school facing, online and service desk support for all aspects of the C2k service.
