The Commercial Procurement Service (CPS) is a recognised Centre of Procurement Expertise (CoPE) that offers professional procurement services, advice, and support to schools, school meals kitchens, youth clubs, and EA services. This involves establishing extensive contracts and frameworks for both EA Services and Schools.
Information on How and What We Buy, along with Policies, Procedures and Conditions can be found in our Procurement section.
IProcurement (available on EA One/Oracle)
iProcurement is the Education Authority’s electronic purchasing system used by EA Services and Schools to raise and manage requisitions and purchase orders. It provides access to approved contracts and catalogues, allowing users to order goods and services in a compliant, efficient, and auditable way, while supporting accurate pricing, approvals, and payment processing.

EA Procure
EA Procure is the Education Authority’s online procurement website that provides EA Services and Schools with access to up‑to‑date contract and framework information, ordering guidance, procurement policies, and key contact details. It supports users by showing what contracts are in place and how to buy compliantly, but it is not used to place orders—ordering is then completed through the iProcurement system.
Supplier Information and Support
We have also produced a range of information for suppliers to include Current Procurement Activity and Pipeline, Supplier Tender Support and information on social value initiatives.
