The Environmental and Fire Risk Compliance Service provides advice and support across the EA Estate on all related issues for:
- Asbestos;
- Fire;
- Legionella and Radon; and
- Waste Management.
This also includes the provision of specialist advice and guidance across the EA Estate and the implementation of Statutory Monitoring and Inspection Programmes.
The Service is responsible for prioritising the delivery of all associated Statutory Remedial Works Programmes and Statutory Training Programmes.
