Pupils took part in a wide array of activities, including Bollywood dancing, cricket, gaelic, rugby and a drama workshop, which incorporated issues of identity. Pupils also took part in a Peace and Reconciliation workshop based on stereotypes and highlighted the importance of empathy.  Lecale Trinity Grammar and Down High have selected young people within their schools to act as Aspire Ambassadors, and their role is to represent and promote the ethos of the ASPIRE project throughout both schools.

ASPIRE is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).  It aims to provide direct and sustained contact between children and young people from all backgrounds.
