You should only complete this form if your child was offered a post-primary place and you wish to change to another school.
Please note that you will only be able to choose an undersubscribed school (i.e. a school that is listed in the document “List of schools with places available”).
You are able to list only one school.
Important – If your change of preference request is successful and you accept the offer of a place in another school, your application will be updated on EA Connect and your previous placement school will be notified. The previous offer from your original choice of school will be withdrawn.
