    Accommodation

Ballyhome Centre has accommodation for 34 young people and accompanying leaders in dorm style bedrooms within the main building.

There is also accommodation for a further 60 young people on the newly developed campsite with 2 camping pods available for supervising staff.

The purpose-built campsite has a toilet and shower block, outdoor kitchen and a wind drying tunnel for wet kit after a day of activities.

The Self-Catering Centres provide a base for residential groups who are self-programming and want the opportunity to engage in outdoor experiences or developmental group work programmes. The Ballyhome Outdoor Learning Centre is situated 3 miles from Portrush on the beautiful Northwest coast.  This provides a prime location for the delivery of a variety of outdoor learning programmes. The residential centre provides accommodation for 34 young people and staff and a new purpose-built campsite comprising 7 tent pitches and 2 camping pods to accommodate a further 60 participants.

    Programmes Offered

Outdoor Learning programmes can be supported by the OLS Peripatetic Outdoor Service on request. This is based on availability of the peripatetic staff teams.
