The Buyer reserves the right to seek information/clarification from suppliers, if necessary, in order to validate their responses and to complete the evaluation process. Suppliers may be required to furnish additional information that may be required by Buyer prior to the award of any tender and must respond to any such requests within the deadline given.
All responses received will be treated in the same confidential manner as the original tender submission and shall form part of the tender.
